Drawings on different charts will crash the app

Anyone else use tick charts and have minutes on the side? I can't seem to not get issues while drawing items between these charts on the fly.

NT8 is great but I think it's complexity is it's own downfall. You can draw a channel on the tick chart but when adjusting it on the minutes chart, the snap mode doesn't work properly. When you use fib channels on a tick chart and move it on the minute chart, it vanishes. Just now I was trying to adjust the channel I had on a minutes chart using tick charts and the whole app crashes. Email support is just telling me to reinstall the app and try again but what's the 3rd time going to do for me. Looking for any insight if anyone came across this issue.

As mentioned in your email case I'd recommend providing the log/trace files to the technician so they may try and determine if there are any specific errors occurring that could explain the crashing behavior. If we are able to see the exact error that is occurring we can perhaps suggest a way to prevent this behavior or report the issue to our development team for further investigation.
