Chart freezing

Chart freezing but strategy still working no errors as far as a chart thing but looking on my chart it stopped at 12pm and its 730 right now and there was a run away strategy that missed it stoploss when in my favor but it happened here is the screen shot.

how do you want me to export the log and where is the trace file located ?

The easiest way would be through the platform directly. You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.

If you cannot launch NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below instead:

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
