problem connecting to nj8 with topstep combine

hello,
Im having a problem logging tinto NJ8 for my topstep combine. My live account connects just fine nut unable to log in with topstep credentials

To track down why you are not able to connect, we would have to take a look at your log & trace files.

You can send us these files by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.
