    Trade hours error

    Just did a clean install of latest NinjaTrader and after I enter user/pass I get hundreds of errors saying can't load trade hours. Please help. Thanks

    Thank you for your post.
    I suspect there may be duplicate files in your NinjaTrader folder.

    So that we may investigate further, please write us an email describing your issue: Support[AT]Ninjatrader[DOT]com.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email:
    • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
      • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        • Once complete, you may delete the compressed folders.​
