Can't open NT8

Hello.

I updated and reinstalled NT8 to last version and after that I can't enter to NT8.
I changed password a few time but it's not help. I see message "incorrect login or password

Thank you for your post and using NinjaTrader.

The username and password that you must enter on the login screen of the new NinjaTrader Desktop would be your Account Dashboard username and password. Can you confirm that this exact same username and password combination does in fact work when you login at account.ninjatrader.com? Have you tried resetting the password at all?

Yes I use tha same Log and Pas. I can entry to account.ninjatrader.com without problem.

I twice tried to change Log and twice to change password. Log amd Pas are changing without problem, and I can entry to account.ninjatrader.com every time after changing but I can't entry in NT8 with the same parameters of Log and Pas.

Thank you for your response and for that information.

Please rename your existing Configuration file, and attempt to sign-in again. To do this;

• Shut down NinjaTrader
• Navigate to Documents > NinjaTrader 8
• Rename 'config.xml' (may only say 'config') to 'OLDconfig.xml'.
• Restart NinjaTrader

After you restart the platform, please attempt to login again with your current username and password that works in the Account Dashboard.

Please let us know if this does not resolve the issue for you.

Thank you! It's helps, but after that I had a problem with some compiled indicators and strategies. Finally I solved it.
