e-mini s&p current contract weekly chart is not the same as tradingview

Hi,

I am a ninjatrader user and I encountered the following issue

when I open ninjatrader e-mini s&p sep 2023 contract weekly chart it is not the same data (candles, highs, lows) as tradingview e-mini s&p sep 2023 contract weekly chart.

I checked the following:

i opened the current contract in tradingview.
i tried to change market data => market merge policy => tried to 3 options but it is not the same data as tradingview

The live price is the same but the highs and lows are not, and it's making my analysis wrong sometimes especially when i am in weekly chart.

You will find attached screenshots of both platform in order to give you an idea.

Every provider packages and calculates their data differently meaning it is not expected for charts between different programs to always match. Weekly bars specifically are built using Daily historical data which is managed by the provider itself meaning that each program is probably using a different set of Trading Hours to calculate this information.

Unfortunately, we do not know what specific Trading Hours your Trading View charts are using, but it will not be possible to change the Trading Hours on a weekly chart in NinjaTrader. It is possible to use 1440 minute charts in place of Daily charts to change this information, but it might not be possible to apply the same changes to a Weekly chart due to the size of the interval.
