Rithmic NinjaTrader Login Disconnect / Connection No Login Happening

    Rithmic NinjaTrader Login Disconnect / Connection No Login Happening

    On my Rithmic NinjaTrader Login, then I Disconnect / and then select Connection No Login Happening, the NonjaTrader login connection light remains yellow.

    I have tried this process multiple times, restarted my computer, closed NinjaTrader, nothing logins now since last Friday.

    The LOG has this message:

    Connection: My Rithmic for Ninjatrader Brokerage: Primary connection=Connectoin, Price feed=Connecting
    Connection: My Rithmic for Ninjatrader Brokerage: Primary connection=Diconnecting, Price feed=Diconnecting
    Connection: My Rithmic for Ninjatrader Brokerage: Primary connection=Diconnected, Price feed=Diconnected

    This cycle is repeated each time I try to login, via 1) disconnect, 2) connect.

    Thank you for your post.

    Please follow the steps below to manually send your log and trace files so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to an email to support [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com
      • Please include 'ATTN Spencer' in the Subject line and a link to this forum post in the body of the email
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

      I installed R Trader Pro and entered my User ID for NT8 and password and system: TopstepTrader, and then the login started ok and then came back with my same User ID and Password. Then I login on NinjaTrader and set up :
      1. Control Center > Connections > Configure
      2. Select your Rithmic connection > Ensure 'Plug-in mode for market data' is enabled
      3. Connect on NinjaTrader with connection Rithmic connection.

      What this your test for my NinjaTrader?

      So what is the next step for testing's? Did this R | Trader Pro show you the login OK?

        Thank you for your post.

        We do not receive any information from R Trader Pro.

        Are you able to successfully log in within NinjaTrader when using the Plug in mode option and running NinjaTrader side by side with R Trader Pro?

          I did login with both R |Trader Pro and after that appeared to work I noted updates on the R | Trader Pro after LOGIN. I did with with side to side with NT8 and R |Trader Pro.

          Then after that I login with NinjaTrader and then forget to configure the Plug in mode market, so I then I logged out and did configure the Plug in mode market, then logged out and then logged into NinjaTrader but still the same problems stills prevents me to get logged into the NinjaTrader connection for My Rithmic for NinjaTrader Broker, so NO, nothing works after the R |Trader Pro. Still need to fix this.

              To clarify from your message in our email thread it appeared you were able to log in successfully, no?

              We may continue to work from that email thread to avoid double replying on the same issue. We may then post a resolution here.

                That R Trader Pro error message in your screenshot means you need to contact TopStep

                  OK. Finally got the R Trader Pro login, I was using the wrong password account on NinjaTrader and needed to change it to TopStep; and will I was on this new password and found that this problem between NinjaTrader and R Trader and TopStep changed my account to zero ($0) so I called TopStep today and they reset with a new account and now both NinjaTrader and R Trader Pro are working FINE OK now. So thanks for the R Trader Pro to login before I login to NinjaTrader and then my Ritymic Broker now works finally.
