    BackUp file issue - error message

    Hello - I'm trying to create a backup file but I\m getting this error message... "unable to create NinjaTrader backup archive file. The cloud file provider is not running"

    Hello Reinaldo,

    Thank you very much for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forums.

    This error is usually caused by Microsoft OneDrive, and indicates that the data the platform is asked to back up is not available on your local hard drive, but only on OneDrive.

    To resolve this, please launch OneDrive, the backup should then succeed.

    In general, however, I would suggest disabling OneDrive or excluding NinjaTrader from it once the backup has been completed, as it can cause a variety of issues.
