    Hello al.kooh,

    Thank you for your post.

Please note that our troubleshooting with 3rd party add-ons is limited and we advise reaching out to the Developer as they will be expert on their piece of software.

Are you able to start the platform after removing the 3rd party files from your NinjaTrader 8 documents folder > bin > Custom?

These may be listed as a .cs and .dll file directly in the Custom folder or may be located in the 'Strategies' folder.

Do you mean 'install' or 'import'?

I mean, did this 3rd party have an actual installer?
Can you go through Windows to uninstall it?

Or, did you just import a .zip file?

Either way, the Config.xml file should have a reference
to the 3rd-party assembly, which you can remove manually
      if needed.

      How to do that?
      1. First, exit NT first then make a backup.
      2. Edit Config.xml with a text editor (eg, Notepad) and find
the 3rd party assembly and delete that line.
      3. Then go find the actual .dll file (usually in bin/Custom) and
      delete that, too.
      4. Restart NT.

      Hang in there!
