Could not Sign in the NT8 Platform

    Could not Sign in the NT8 Platform

    I have tried to login with my personal account and my Prop Firm both have the same issue as shown in the attached file of the screenshot.
    I removed the latest version and reinstalled the prior version I had no issue of access the platform but it is not compatable with Prop Firm.
    I had backup the Workspace to my external drive then reinstalled the latest version and I have the same issue as it shown in the attached file of the screenshot.
    Tech support circle me around with emails tactics recommended me to reset the (clientDashboard: user name and password).

    I am really piss off with issue and no one seem to go extra mile to solve it.

    If anyone dare and care for please help.

    Thank you for posting.

    Are you able to login to the Account Dashboard at the link below using the same Username and Password? Also, to ensure your live account information is not made public please edit your original post and remove the attached screenshot.

      I have no problem login my client Dashboard, except accessing the Platform.

        So I may look into this further please send an email to platformsupport [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris Jameson" in the subject line.

        In the message, please include the following:
        1.) A link to this forum thread.
        2.) A copy of your log and trace files.

        Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.
        • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
        • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as an attachment in your email
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

          Thank you, Christopher, for your follow up.
          I am able to login now after the one of the tech support able to identify files had corrupted of the platform on my account.

          Although it has arisen the new issue that could not do playback. I have been trying to figure out why?

            Can you please clarify what occurs when you attempt to use the Playback feature within NinjaTrader so I may further assist.

                I doubt it was anything corrupted. I can't login to the website nor the program.

                    Can you tell me what error message you are receiving when you attempt to login to the website Account Dashboard.
