I removed the latest version and reinstalled the prior version I had no issue of access the platform but it is not compatable with Prop Firm.
I had backup the Workspace to my external drive then reinstalled the latest version and I have the same issue as it shown in the attached file of the screenshot.
Tech support circle me around with emails tactics recommended me to reset the (clientDashboard: user name and password).
I am really piss off with issue and no one seem to go extra mile to solve it.
If anyone dare and care for please help.
