Problems after setting up another a parallel NT environment.

Hi, NT support.
From what I understand I needed to set up an NT8 login screen which is what I did.
That went well: I logged in using the NT portal every day and was able to access my data provider and went on my way trading for the rest of the day everything was well for about a week when I decided to install a 3^rd party market profile software but had problems where it prevented me from recompiling any of my NT scripts. Anyway, long story short I decided to download another (parallel) NT engine and migrated my NT stuff over and I was able to fix this problem. I needed to do this to be rid of all of the undefined references that I was getting when compiling an NT script.
But now when I log in, I noticed that NT gives an option to either click live trading or simulated trading. When entering live trading, I noticed that all of the individual accounts that I have set up are gone, including my live data source from IronBeam. I don’t even have a Sim01 account. I’m a bit confused. When I hit “connections” on the control panel I only get live playback & simulation. How can I use my License key number to get my connections back?

Please email us right from the NinjaTrader platform (by going to Help-> Email Support), and let us know what username you use to login the platform when you start it. Plus attach your log and trace files. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. So we may look into what occurred.
