Error sending emails

Hello,

We have been sending emails alerts for years without any issues. All of a sudden all emails stopped coming. We tried sending to different addresses, and same error is happening:

There was an error sending a mail message: Relaying disallowed as [email protected]

What is the cause? We did update to 8.0.28.0 64-bit and this is when the issue began to happen.

Please email us your log and trace files right from the NinjaTrader platform (by going to Help-> Email Support), so we may look into what occurred. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files.

I did it, can you please confirm that email was received. There was nothing in Log tab, so I am not sure if you got the logs.

Hello,

Support can not help me. The response was the issue is caused by 3rd party SMTP. We specifically picked vendor (zoho mail) and has SMTP support and all works well with Zoho, as I can send out emails in my custom app. The issue began the moment we did mandated upgrade to 8.0.28.0

Have you tested to see if the issue is present in 8.1.1.7?
