GAP when starting chat

Hello. I have the following problem with my ninjatrader charts. Every time I log in, the graphs appear with a gap, as shown in the image. I think the problem is in the trading time settings, but I can't find the solution. Can you help me, please?

Please send us your log and trace files so that we may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
