Trade Performance Problem

It turns out that I want to analyze my operations in the Trade performance, and the data only appears until May 9, from then on nothing appears, can you give me the solution since I would like to see my performance.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.

Please ensure you have no pending or missing Windows Updates, as it is possible this protocol has not yet been installed.

You can also send us the log & trace files manually by following the steps below:

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
