problem with hot keys

Hello. I have hot keys with limit and stop limit orders that I place at 100 ticks from the price and they have always worked well for me. Since I installed the latest version of ninja, sometimes when I enter an order with the hot keys, sometimes it rejects them and other times it executes them and other times it places them correctly. I am puzzled. Could you tell me what this erratic behavior is due to? thanks.

If your inquiry involves live orders, please always reach out to your broker's Orders Desk immediately to confirm and manage your live orders and positions.

Please follow the steps below to manually send your log and trace files so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to an email to support [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com
  • Please include 'ATTN Spencer' in the Subject line and a link to this forum post in the body of the email
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
