Random account entered trade beyond strategy and chart hours

Hello,

As the title says, I had a random account enter a valid signal, but it wasn't during the strategies trading hours and the chart wasn't even on (I have Wednesday's removed for this particular strategy). To make it more odd, the account that took the trade wasn't the account that the strategy is set to trade with - that account didn't enter the trade. It also didn't have the profit target limit order up, so I manually closed it. It should have had a limit order at 4422.50.

Here is a screenshot. Note the time of the trade and that there is nothing under "strategy".

Plus it the chart doesn't even show the trades or candle since its not enabled on Wednesday.

I tried to replicate the trade by turning on Wednesdays but since its outside trading hours for the strategy it doesn't show it in back testing. I'm happy it worked out in my favor but I'd be devastated if it didn't, so I'd like to fix this issue.

Any suggestions on how to determine what cause this?
