NINJA TRADER/REPLICANTO NEW ID/computer change

I am having trouble with ninja trader and replicanto asking for an ID change. I got an updated code/ID for replikanto but do not have any idea how to change the ID NT with it. Stuck on how to fix this. TY

So, when you asked Replikanto about how to change it,
what did they say?

Please use this link to change your machine id that is linked to your product license which has just been changed either by a windows update, hardware change or computer change.

Takes me to replicanto with a new ID. But I cannot figure out how the change the machine ID on NJ Thank you for replying

Thank you for your post.

Please note, you are not able to change the machine ID within NinjaTrader.

Your machine ID is generated by NinjaTrader based on your PC's fundamental hardware (like RAM, motherboard, etc.) and fundamental software (BIOS/UEFI version, Windows updates, firmware updates, etc.).

If any of these items change, your machine ID is likely to change as well.

There is no way to manually change your machine ID.

Replikanto would need your new machine ID so they may update this on their end so it may verify correctly on your platform.
