I can't connect to market data(Rithmic), has anyone had this before?

This type of error will appear if you are already connected successfully to Rithmic but your account is not enabled for live data on their end. In this case, we would ensure that you have rolled over to the current contracts from the Tools > Database Management window, and then reach out to your broker to ensure you are enabled for live data if you do not receive any after following that step.

Connecting to Rithmic (extra notes)

You may follow this Rithmic Connection Guide for setting up your account in the NinjaTrader desktop app (Control Center > Connections > configure). A couple of things to be aware of while creating this connection.

• Select the 'Rithmic' system if this is a live trading account, or select your broker's specific System if it is listed. If you are connecting to a demo/evaluation account, select the 'Rithmic Paper Trading' system.
• 'Plug-in Mode' must only be enabled if you are bridging the connection from the R Trader Pro software. 'Allow Plug-ins' must also be enabled on R Trader Pro, and your connection there must be established before connecting in NinjaTrader. Be sure to restart NinjaTrader after editing any connection settings for the changes to take effect.
