    Unable to Login

    I am unable to login since the upgrade. I lost my live account connection ever since Ninja put in my license key. I get an error message which says, "No object reference to connect to". System immediately shuts down and vanishes. Any ideas of how to fix?

    Thank you for your note.

    To quickly test does the same occur after reinstalling NinjaTrader?

    I have included instructions on how to reinstall the NinjaTrader platform below. With this procedure, you will not lose any Workspaces, Charts, custom items etc.
    • Close all running applications.
    • Make sure NinjaTrader is closed from the Windows Task Manager:
    • Press CTRL + ALT + DEL on your keyboard > Start Task Manager...
    • Then from the Start menu select --> Control Panel --> Add and Remove Programs or Programs and Features
    • From Add and Remove Programs select NinjaTrader 8 and click Remove.
    • Restart your PC.
    • Then please log into the Client Dashboard to download the new installer
    • You may select the most Recent Release or Prior Release if you wish to use the older layout
