Need help with data subscription

charts are not loading even though I have done everything recommended on the website to fix them. Also it says that my market data subscription 's effective month is February 1, 2014 even though I payed for it at the beginning of the month. I guess I am a time traveler now. Cannot get the My NinjaTrader Continuum connection to work either but I can get the My Ninjatrader one to work.

It's on the latest version already. Is this how you open a support ticket? I thought you were supposed to do it through here.

Please email us right from the NinjaTrader platform (by going to Help-> Email Support), so we can receive your log and trace files as well so that we may look into what occurred. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files.
