NT 8.1.1.7 Unhandled exception: A task was canceled.

Hi,

After click Login --> Simulate, then NT 8.1.17 was exit.

Here is the log:

I'm also tried NinjaTrader(Safe Mode) but the same result.

My OS is Windows 10.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually send your log and trace files so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to an email to support [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com
  • Please include 'ATTN Spencer' in the Subject line and a link to this forum post in the body of the email
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Your reply too slow, so I've removed v8.1.1.7 then install version 8.0.0.28. It's OK.
