unhandled exception:object reference not set to an instance of an object ninjatrader

Any time I try to draw a horizontal line, I get the following message - unhandled exception: object reference not set to an instance of an object ninjatrader.

This happens regardless of:

chart setting, timeframe, or type
connections (real time, delayed, EOD, Ninja, Kinetick, etc)
hotkey settings
"snap to price" setting on or off
indicators or strategies applied

I have already tried the solutions offered here, none have worked.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support


Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
