Sehr Danke NinjaTrader_Manfred But I am not logged in anywhere else except the platform running on my VPS. I tried using another browser too with no luck. Just keeps signing me out.

Thank you for your response.
Could it be that your PC clock is slightly out of sync? We sometimes see login issues when a users PC clock is out of sync. I'd suggest resyncing your PC clock and seeing if the behavior continues. Please use the steps below to change/check your Time Zone and sync the PC clock:- Right-click the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop
- Select Adjust date/time
- For Windows 10 click 'Date, Time, and regional formatting' -> Then click 'Additional date, time, and regional settings' -> then click 'Set the time and date'
- Select the 'Internet Time' tab at the top
- Set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update.
- If the message that appears says successful your PC clock should now be updated.
- If not, select a different server from the Server: drop-down and try again (repeat until one of the servers is successful)

Thanks NinjaTrader_Zachary I just tried it on my phone browser with same issue. Keeps logging me out. Any other way to gwt in to portal? This is ridiculous.

Are you absolutely sure that you are not already signed in in 2 locations? You stated that you were logged into the platform on your VPS, so that would be 1 sign-in. Are you perhaps also on the mobile application or using web trader anywhere? Or maybe have a tab open somewhere with either web trader or the dashboard already opened? A sign-in can be the desktop platform, mobile application, web application, or dashboard itself and you are allowed up to 2. When you hit that threshold, any further sign-in attempts will result in behavior like you've described.
Additionally, do you experience an issue when you open the Client Dashboard from the platform on your VPS by going to Tools > Client Dashboard.

Thank you NinjaTrader_Zachary I am signed in to 2 8.1 versions on separate VPS. So that is issue likely? I did not know platform sign in counts for portal log in. So you can launch portal from the platform? Will that count as a third one?
But then the 2 8.1 log ins allow a 8.0 log in on desktop.
Update: Had to sign out of one 8.1 version and could log in to portal. Also what I noticed trying to sign in to portal this way it killed all strategies running on both instances but did not shut down the platform. Is this normal behavior? I thought not being able to log in to portal was enough to send a message.

My apologies for such a delayed reply, our forum was not sending us update notifications.
1. Yes, being signed in to 8.1 in 2 VPS locations will count toward your login limit. The limit is shared across the dashboard, desktop platform, web platform, and mobile platform. On 8.1, you can launch the dashboard from the Tools menu and I wouldn't expect this to count as an additional login, as it launches in a window from the platform.
2. I would've expected the strategies on whichever installation that you signed out of to stop, but I wouldn't expect the strategies on the second VPS to stop so long as it was still connected. The only time I would expect that to occur is if some kind of forced sign-out happened and severed the connection on the second installations as well.
