Error after upgrade

after clicking the upgrade link from the dialog below. I get prompted to login. I choose Forgot Username, since I have never needed this before. None of my email addresses work.

All I get is a message: This email or username is not connected with and existing account.

I already went to that link and downloaded and installed

8.1.1.3 or older

8.1.1.7

The problem I have is trying to start the new software.

I try to start the new software and it want a user name and password.

I have gone to the web browsers on my computers and looked for all the user names and passwords and all I can find is:

User: UID1
password: pwd1

Site: forum.ninjatrader.com
User: UID1
password: pwd1

Site: account.ninjatrader.com
User: UID1
password: pwd1

Site: forum.ninjatrader.com
User: UID1
password: pwd1

User: UDI2
password: pwd2

I have tried logging with the software with both UDI1 and UID2 with the respective passwords that where saved in my browsers and none of them worked.

The password would be your NinjaTrader Dashboard password, identical to the one used to log into the website at https://account.ninjatrader.com/
