    Can't Install New Version

    I have been trying to install 8.1.1.7 but an unable. However, I was able to do so a couple of days ago on one machine (machine "A"), on which I do development and testing. I use machine "B" to trade live, and it's on this machine that I am unable to launch NT. Yes, I initially received the now required username and password, then two-factor authentication. However, the launching of the platform doesn't proceed past that. Yes, I see on Window's Resource Monitor that the launch is initiated, but that soon terminates itself.

    What's necessary to complete the installation of this new version ?

    Thank you for your post.

    We will need to review your log and trace files to investigate, only then we can provide troubleshooting steps.

    Please email us your log and trace file at support[AT]ninjatrader[dot]com, following the steps below:
    • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to your email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
