NT8 "Get data from server" issue

I am using NT 8.0.28.0 64-bit version with TWS. I had disabled "Historical - Get data from server" in Options -> Market Data.
However, it still try to load historical data from TWS. It mess up my trading signals.
In addtion, sometimes it keeps loading hisotical data and the chart can't be updated.
I thought TWS has some issues to receive market data but once i disconnect it (only TWS connected), the chart is being updated using the latest received market data previously while loading historical market data. Totally affecting the trading.
May I know if it's a bug or loading historical data from server is a MUST? How I can totaly disable loading historical data from TWS. I want to use those recorded live data ONLY.
