Can't connect to Rithmic or CQG

To gain access to the configure button within the Connections menu go to Tools->Options->General->Enable "Multi provider"->Click Ok then restart NinjaTrader.

I have login Apex account into connections: Rithmic for ninjatrader Brokers, but when I click it did not connect. It showed this! Please help me sir!

Within your connection settings please confirm you have "APEX" selected from the System drop down menu then restart NinjaTrader and test your connection once again. If the error persists

If the error persists, please contact Apex Trading to verify your Username and Password have not changed and that the login information is still valid.
