DLL commands FLATTENEVERYTHING and CLOSEPOSITION do not work

I am switching from using the NtDirect.dll to NinjaTrader.Client.dll, but I find that the subject commands do not work with either dll. I am able to use COMMAND to place and status orders with either dll however.

I tried these commands in the unsupported sample that is on the forum here and see they work. Here is an example of submitting one of these commands:

myClient.Command("FLATTENEVERYTHING", "Sim101", "", "", 0, "", 0, 0, "", "", "", "", "");
