BTC/USD does not load live data

When I try to open a BTC/USD chart, NT8 prints to the log:

There was a problem subscribing to market data for BTCUSD: 'Symbol is inaccessible'
Tradovate.Adapter.TickRequestError [{"s":200,"i":3,"d":{"errorText":"Symbol is inaccessible","errorCode":"UnknownSymbol","mode":" None"}}]

NT end up loading a chart but no live data.

NT no longer provides Coinbase data?

Hello,

It appears the data is attempting to load from the tradvoate connection rather than the coinbase connection. I would recommend going to Tools>Options>Market data from the control center, then setting the preferred connection for both historical and live data for cryptocurrency to 'Coinbase' to ensure data is loaded from this connection. You'll need to disconnect both feeds and reconnect them to make this change take effect.

I'm using NT free version (8.1.1.7).
In the window and option mentioned, I only have "None" and "NinjaTrader" as preferred connection.
Both give me the same error.

It sounds like you may not be using Multi Provider mode, can you ensure you are connected to Coinbase?

If not, you can enable this by going to Tools>Options>General and checking the box for 'multi provider mode'. Once enabled, you should be able to connect to both your live/demo account and Coinbase simultaneously, as well as set preferred connections.
