Hello bill2023,
Thank you very much for your post.
There can be a few reasons for this to occur. As a first step, please ensure your PC's clock is synchronized.
You can do this by right-clicking the time in your taskbar and selecting > Adjust Date/Time.
Please also ensure that you are only connecting to Interactive Brokers. If in doubt whether the data was indeed from Interactive Brokers, please click on Tools > Historical Data within NinjaTrader to reset it.
Last but not least, please use a 1-Minute-Chart or a longer timeframe, as Interactive Brokers does not provide historical data in smaller granularity.
