Ninjatrader Desktop post Bluescreen!

Sometime during the switch to the new month while i was in a trade NT8 bluescreened my computer. After a restart i have not been able to even open NT8, not even by right clicking and running as administrator.

Now i have reinstalled it again, like i have done in the past and now i am getting a windown that i have never seen until now.

Its the "How do you want to trade?" window that pops up, i can select "Live Trading" or "Simulation". If i select Live Trading it just brings me to the website and i cant start NT8 still. If i select Simulation it will start NT8 but i cant do much there because its the Demo and Rhitmic cant be connected to that.

Anyone have a solution for this id greatly appreciate it!

Thank you very much for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader Forums!

Please select "Simulation" when first launching NinjaTrader and follow the steps below to enable the Multi-Provider mode, this enables the Rithmic connection:

How To Enable Multi-Provider Mode on NinjaTrader Desktop

Once enabled, you should experience no issues creating the Rithmic connection and connecting to it.

I would also like to track down what might have caused the bluescreen/crash, could you send us your log & trace files?

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.
