    Data corrupt on Ninjatrader historical servers

    Hello,
    Data for @NAS100 on your historical servers seems corrupt. Most of Thursday is missing. Been like this since the end of last week. Data missing for that day. Have cleared database, data, and cache, and reload all historical data multiple times. Always the same. If I use the broker servers, can get better results, but slower.

    Just for info - No idea what other symbols are affected

    Already problems last week and than this. 30min chart MES and ES current contract

    Very disappointing.

    Deleted the cache folder content several times.

          In NT Speak "As soon as possible" could mean anything from weeks, years to never. Can you provide a more concrete estimate on when this will be resolved? You removed the sticky informing about the historical data issues, creating the impression that everything is resolved when it wasn't.

            Hi, is there somewhere users can go to check for status/notifications for things that your "technical team are aware of"?

              FXCM CFDs NAS100 and GOLD are still missing Thursday's data. I am curious ......how is it that certain instruments can be backfilled quickly, but others take days or longer?

                  Instead of shrugging your shoulders, surely you can ask the people who ARE responsible for it? So when you said "as soon as possible", you were just making it up since you really have no idea if anyone is even working on it, since you clearly made no attempt to talk to them?

                        Hey, Ninjatrader. This is kind of a joke, really? 2 weeks later and your data is still messed up. You could/should at least set some expectations

                        ' we can't fix this'
                        ' the storage is broken and will take a week to sort'
                        ' we don't have the staff''
                        ' we just can't be bothered'
                        ' should be just a few days more'

                        That way, we don't keep commenting/asking you for updates and thinking you are simply ignoring us / don't care.
