Market depth not showing full order book - NT 8.1.1.7 - ES

    Market depth not showing full order book - NT 8.1.1.7 - ES

    I upgraded yesterday to NT8.1.1,7 64 bit & now Order Flow Market Depth Map is messed up!!
    Before i used to see the almost all of the order book for ES but now i see hardly 20.

    Market data subscribed is same as before - CMEGROUP_DOM - Depth of Market (Level 2)
    I mean if NT is not going to show me the whole order book , no point subscribing to this costly data plan

    Can u please look into this issue?

    The Level 2 data subscription through CQG only enables 10 levels of data on the bid and ask side. Unfortunately, this connection does not provide more than these ten levels in each direction.

    Is it possible you were connected to a different provider in the past? Different providers would provide different market depths.

    Please don't hesitate to let me know, should you have any further questions in this regard!

      Thanks for the quick response.

      It had continuum account before upgrading & ES market depth worked fine.

      If this data feed do not support full order book, how do i change it to get the full feed?

        ​You may connect using NinjaTrader Continuum which is CQG based by enabling 'Multi-Provider' Mode:NinjaTrader Continuum will provide more Market Depth levels.

          Spencer,

          I cannot use Continuum user as i got migrated to Ninjatrader data feed.
          How do i resolve this issue??

            Thank you for your post.

            When using the NinjaTrader Continuum connection you will need to use your CQG-based username and password.

            If you are unsure of what these are you may request a password reset using the steps below.

            You can initiate a platform password reset for your NinjaTrader Brokerage account by following these steps:
            1. Log into your NinjaTrader Client Dashboard
            2. Navigate to the icon on the upper right-hand corner of the page
            3. Select Profile from the drop-down menu
            4. The second section on the page says Platform Password Reset, you will want to select Reset
            5. An email will be sent to the address on file with the account from do-not-reply-gw [AT] cqg [DOT] com with a link to update your NinjaTrader platform password

            For more detailed instructions, please see the following article: How Can I Reset My Live Trading Password?​​

              Hi Spencer,

              Update: I had "demo" selected in continuum connection which was throwing this error.
              Unchecking it (as this is a live account) solved the connection issue.

              I reset my NinjaTrader Continuum Password. I got success message but when i use the new credentials, i get invalid user or password error.

                Spencer,

                I am still confused with this new connection "My NinjaTrader".
                It uses the same credentials as NT website.
                Which one should we use?
                Also the market data fees, are they same irrespective of the connection we use or each connection use different feeds?

                  Hello,

                  Thank you for your post.

                  The 'My NinjaTrader' connection is a new adapter which coincides with the new Client Dashboard. The data subscriptions work with either adapter.
