How to get back to multiuser?

I deselected multiuser to see what connections I had, and now want to get back to reselect multiuser but I can not get past the " how do you want to trade" screen ?

How do I get to the task bar to select it ?

Do you mean Multi Provider? That's in Tools -> Options.

If you still experience any issues at this time, please select the "Simulation" mode, you can then re-enable the Multi-Provider mode as Bruce stated under Tools > Options.
