can I use my visa card to deposit money to my account?

I want to open a Ninja Trader live account. However, I don't know how I can fund my account. Can I use my Visa card?
I read the information at the link below: "At NinjaTrader, the only available option to deposit money to your account is via Bank transfer."

I'm in Vietnam, it's really difficult to transfer money to the US through Wise. We can only use Visa cards for international transactions.
