    How to delete an account

    I'm trying to delete a single account that I don't need any more. The connection it's tied to has four accounts on it and I just need to delete one of them. When I go to the Control Center > Accounts tab > right click > Remove Account, it gives me an error message saying "You must be disconnected to remove the account". But then when I disconnect from that connection, the accounts no longer show up in the Accounts tab for me to delete. How do I do this?

    Thank you for your post.

    It's only possible to remove a Simulation account if you've added it earlier.
    If you are trying to remove one of the accounts tied to your username, only your broker can remove it. Please reach out to your broker (prop firm) for assistance.
