NT 8.0.28.0 not receiving data on new computer

Hi Forum:

I moved NT 8.0.28.0 to a new computer but the credentials for my data via AMP Futures is not connecting. They work on my old computer and there is no firewall or anything on the new computer that would prevent the access. Does NT need to register the new computer to get it to work? I have a lifetime Key.

You do not need to register a new computer for this to work. Could you please review the connections properties to AMP and see that your username and password are actually there and correct? Else, please contact us at platformsupport@ninjatrader[dot]com for additional support.
