When I open the log tab, an error message appears and the window gets stuck.

    When I open the log tab, an error message appears and the window gets stuck.

    When I use the Logitech HUB and IQ Feed at the same time, I am unable to use some functions of the IQ Feed. IQ Feed supported me and changed the port number of the IQ Feed from the default 9100 to 9166, which solved the problem with the Logitech HUB, but then I had another However, I have been experiencing other problems.

    However, I have another problem. When I open the log tab in the NinjaTrader platform, I get an error message and the log tab window gets stuck and I can't exit the platform in the normal way.

    How can this be resolved?

    Thank you for your post.

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
