default 24/7 trading hours help

Before the last update i had everything set up to 24/7 default....

now i am unable to work on strategys or simulate data as all my feed stops at 1600 even though i have applied 24/7.

i think the solution was in the chart itself...

Hi Dudely. I am having a similar issue... What did you do to fix it? I am configured for 24X7 but the current day chart doesn't start until 0700 hrs market time (USA)... the preceding days are fine and start at 0400 hrs market time. Any thoughts?

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.
