    Should I be concerned about this?

    Hi,

    This just happened exactly an hour apart from each other. Should I be concerned about it?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

    We had previously been experiencing an outage to our Historical Data Servers, which we have since resolved. Please restart your system to successfully reconnect to a historical data server.

    With that said, please note that we are currently backfilling the missing historical data from 6/8/2023. We expect this data to be restored by the open tomorrow.

      It is supposed to be fixed now and I got an email for Ninjatrader stating issue has been resolved. However, I am still not getting any charts. It always says "loading"
