    I have no data

    When I start the platform, it keeps loading and the account is connected, on the other hand, the license key tab does not appear either

    We are currently investigating an issue that has been reported affecting our Historical Data Servers. Our team is hard at work on a resolution and we will follow up as soon as we've resolved the problem.
