Problem with Interactive Broker Data

Hi,

After updating to the latest NT8 I cannot plot any charts using Interactive Broker data. Is there an issue?

Hello, thanks for writing in.

Please first make sure you are running the supported version of TWS or IB Gateway (TWS 10.19.1k, IB Gateway 10.19.1k). These versions are available to download from our website connection guide here:

If you are running the supported version, double check that you have all of your settings correct from the above connection guide, and if these are correct and you still can not load charts from this data connection, you will need to email our support team at platformsupport at ninjatrader.com describing the issue you are seeing.

Hi Chris,

I loaded the older version of TWS as indicated above, and had a little success yesterday. However, today I am back to looking a blank charts and "Loading . . ." in the top left.

I have cleared all my data and cache in the Ninjaterder8/db directory. Any other suggestions?

Please send us your log and trace files so that we may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
