What are the settings I must have if I want my live/historical data from IqFeed only and live trading connection to Interactive Brokers? I have both subscriptions but I don't want the IB data in the charts only IqFeed.

Hello designer01,
You can designate preferred connections in the Tools -> Options -> Market Data menu.
You can set the preferred connection for live or historical in that menu, you would select iqfeed if that is the preferred connection you wanted.
When doing account related tasks like placing an order it won't matter what preferred connection you select, the account you selected in the tool being used would be used for the orders.
