Missing chart data

When I check the NinjaTrader platform, the chart data for June 5 seems to be missing JNJ and WMT as far as I can tell, although not for all symbols.

However, the IQ feed shows the June 5 data.


How can I resolve this issue?

Please send us your log and trace files so that we may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
