Time Remaining indicator stopped working

The time remaining indicator stops working after some time and the chart doesn't move anymore. I'm in demo. I need to disconnect / connect and after that it works until it get backs to 00:00

Hello, I just followed the suggested steps, but the time remaining is still in 00:00
I tried disconnecting and closing NinjaTrading, when I sign in back the clock works until it get to 00:00 and then stop working.

This same issue happened to me last week, yesterday I created a new Demo account to test and worked fine until now.

Hi, the data you are using must not be delayed or else the bar timer indicator will not work. Please make sure the data you are viewing is not delayed. Demo accounts only work for 2 weeks, and you can only get one per account that is created. If you can confirm that the data is not delayed and you still have an issue using the bar timer, please email platformsupport at ninjatrader.com to report this issue and we will help through private email.
