    Client dashboard grey out?

    Why is my client dashboard greyed out ?

    I have a lifetime licence and just updated to 8.1.1.6.64-bit

    Hello, thanks for writing in. Please make sure you are connected to either "Simulation" or "Live" from the Connections menu. If you have "Multi Broker" enabled, you will need to set up a "NinjaTrader" connection through Connections>Configure.

      I am connected to Ninjatrader in the connections and have a lifetime licence. Multi-provider is enabled and the client dashboard is still greyed out ?

        HI, to get this to not grayed out, you need to disable Multi broker and use the Simulation or Live connections. The setting will be disabled when you have multi provider mode enabled.

          Thank you,

          There is a fault here because when I disable multibroker and restart, I have no choice in connections. The drop down in connections has configure missing too, so I cannot select simulation or live connections.

          The only choice is playback, when selected I get the message is I can not use playback !

          I have tried a re install and get the same problem
