    I have an issue with FXCM connection

    Hello, I got kicked out with 2 accounts on MyFXCM so it should be an FXCM error.

    Well its very dangerous because when I´ve an order open and the connection break then I cant handle it anymore.

    Is there a solution or is this always a risk ?

    If your inquiry involves live orders, please always reach out to your broker's Orders Desk immediately to confirm and manage your live orders and positions.

    If your trade(s) are with NinjaTrader Brokerage, you can contact NinjaTrader Brokerage Order Desk by emailing orders[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

    That said, please write in to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with a brief description of your inquiry and attach your log and trace files to your email by using the steps below. One of our Support technicians will be happy to assist you with this as soon as they are available.

    Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
