Installed latest NT 8.1.1.6. Installed IB 10.19.1k as directed. Filled in data for existing charts. Do not know about updating as markets are closed. Tried to bring up new charts. Message " Loading " will not go away. No data filled in. Tried several. Gave lots of time to load. Still empty.

Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
