how to backup workspaces.
i upgraded to latest version.
at the end of each close it asks me to back up. where can i specify the backup location and other specifications?

Thanks for your post.

To create a backup you can go to Control Center > Export > Backup file.

i declared to backup every friday. somehow it asks for a backup everyday. i realized with NT. it is such a simple system. that if i find myself looking for something longer than 5 minutes. i should clearly look for help. thank you for the clarity.

Thanks for your notes.

You could set the export backup option to only remind you on Fridays by going to Tools > Export > Backup file, checking the 'Please remind me to backup my files every' option, and setting the drop-down menu to 'Friday'. Then, export your backup file.
