How to subscribe to real time data for S&P500 E-mini futures?

Hello,

My friend just created an account with NinjaTrader brokerage and would like to subscribe to the live data for S&P 500 E-mini futures for his account (he is funding the account) with NinjaTrader. I have done this in the past for my own account but I don't know how this is done now with all the website changes. Please advise. Thanks.

Thank you Brandon for the link. Can I assume that once the live data subscription is done, my friend will receive a login/password for the live data (to be used in the Connection login in NinjaTrader) in his email?

Thanks for your notes.

Your friend would need to have their username and password to log into the NinjaTrader Account Dashboard. Then, they could log into the NinjaTrader Account Dashboard and subscribe to market data by following the instructions linked in post # 2. After subscribing to market data, they could open NinjaTrader and select the 'Live' connection in the 'Control Center > Connections' menu to connect to their live market data feed.

If they have not signed up for an account on the NinjaTrader Account Dashboard, they would need to do that first by clicking 'Get started' on the NinjaTrader Account Dashboard welcome page.

Hello Brandon,

Thank you for your information, he is using a desktop version of the NinjaTrader, and would need a login/password for the NinjaTrader once he signed up the live data subscription. Where would he get the login/password?

They would use the NinjaTrader Account Dashboard login credentials that they set up to log into the NinjaTrader Desktop platform.

Thank you Brandon. He is using a version of NinjaTrader that does not require login (8.0.28.0 64-bit ), it requires a username and password for the connection login however, and we are trying to figure out where to get the username and password after he had subscribed to the live data on his NinjaTrader account.
